Florida Rx Connects is a program initiated by the Florida Department of Health in order to facilitate the donation/dispensing of medications to uninsured, low-income patients. This program, also known as the Prescription Drug Donation Repository Program, is authorized by section 465.1902 of the Florida Statutes.
What do you need to do to receive free medications from the program?
- Florida resident
- Have a family income that is below 200% of the federal poverty level OR be uninsured OR underinsured
- Have a valid prescription from your doctor
- Complete and submit and Patient Application and Dispensing Form
